1. Who is responsible for your data
This website was built by MARKTECH PUBLICIDADE LTDA ("MarkTech"), a private company registered in Brazil,
working in cooperation with the Kumon centre named on this page. For the purposes of the UK GDPR and the
Data Protection Act 2018, MarkTech acts as the controller for the personal data collected through this
page, and the Kumon centre becomes a joint controller once your enquiry is passed to it.

2. What we collect
Through the contact forms on this page we collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
With your consent, we also collect browsing data through cookies and similar technologies:

- Advertising identifiers (Meta Pixel, Google Ads and similar)
3. Why we use it
Primary purposes (essential):
- Contacting you with information about the Kumon Method.
- Handling enquiries about registration, availability or appointments.
- Passing your enquiry to the relevant Kumon centre.
Secondary purposes:
- Marketing analysis and statistics.
- Measuring the performance of advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads and similar).
- Improving the experience on this site.
Declining the secondary purposes does not affect your ability to be contacted by the Kumon centre.
4. Our lawful basis

cookies, as required by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). We rely on
legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) to respond to the enquiry you have chosen to send us.
5. International transfers
Your data is initially stored on servers operated by MarkTech and is then shared with the Kumon centre
you selected. Where personal data leaves the UK, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement
or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with appropriate technical and
organisational safeguards. We do not share your data with any other third party unless we are required
to do so by law.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes described above. After that,
MarkTech securely deletes it from its systems. The Kumon centre may keep your details in line with its
own retention policy.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its
processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these
rights, email app@marktech.tech with the subject "Data rights". We will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office
(ICO) at ico.org.uk.
8. Security
MarkTech applies appropriate technical, administrative and organisational measures to protect personal
data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or destruction.

We may update this notice to reflect changes in the law or in how we handle data. The current version is
always available on this page.
